Description
I've been getting an underquoted macro warning from MacPorts's log4c when using autotools. Apparently this issue has been fixed in log4c version 1.2.2: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2461503&group_id=38627&atid=422931 However MacPorts's log4c is still version 1.2.1:
Local-Admins-MacBook-Pro:CF-550.43 ericgallager$ port livecheck log4c log4c seems to have been updated (port version: 1.2.1, new version: 1.2.2)

ok, attached the patch as requested by mf2k_mp in irc. Besides updating the version and checksums, I also added openmaintainer because skroll never responded to this.
