Description
help2man always pulls in perl5.12 regardless of the variant in variants.conf. New Portfile attached.

What's the point of setting the branch variable and then hardcoding the branch in each variant? Also please don't delete the Id line.

Currently, perl5.16 is used - there's talk about the best way of handling perl versions - I'll adjust Portfile thereafter.
