You just need to port sync

Ah. That works, thanks. Interesting though, that FAQ says that port sync "performs a subset of selfupdate actions" and port selfupdate didn't help me before (first thing I tried after reading your comment). Although not sure if it would have helped and I just tried it too early before (because of caching)?
