py27-gobject: update to 2.28.6

Description

py27-gobject should probably be updated to 2.28.6. Here is a patch that seems to work.

py26-gobject and py25-gobject should be updated at the same time, if those versions of python are still compatible with this version of py-gobject.

Ideally, all the py*-gobject ports would be unified.

Updated all three in r101334. The pygobject 2.28.0 release notes say python 2.5.1 or greater is required. (I couldn't locate release notes for any newer 2.28.x version.)

Ideally, all the py*-gobject ports would be unified.

I had not realized that py*-gobject ports aren't even using the old pythonXX portgroups, they're just doing everything manually, so I'll postpone unifying them. But py-gobject3 is unified, and could perhaps serve as a template for how it could be done for py-gobject.
