Description
The attached patch updates the Portfile for botan to version 1.10.4. This is a blocker for ticket #37652 (qt4-creator-mac no longer builds on powerpc due to bundled botan library).

Gentle reminder: It would be great to get this ticket closed, along with #38477. All the necessary patches are there.
