Description
port gohome py-shapely goes to a redirect page, whose text looks like this:
This site was begun in 2005 to provide infrastructure for developing open source GIS tools for Python programmers. Times change and infrastructure does too. The OWSLib project has moved to GitHub: http://geopython.github.com/OWSLib. The Zope projects are being superceded by the collective.geo suite at CoActivate: http://www.coactivate.org/projects/collectivegeo/project-home. Everything else (Fiona, Rtree, and Shapely) has been moved to a GitHub organization: http://github.com/Toblerity.
May I suggest the attached patch to change the homepage to the project's GitHub web site, which consists of a Sphinx documentation page, at http://toblerity.github.com/shapely/?
Another homepage candidate could be the project's GitHub repository page, https://github.com/sgillies/shapely.
