All ports related to MacPorts itself should include the "MacPorts" category

Description
I recently learned that there was a "MacPorts" category: http://www.macports.org/ports.php?by=category&substr=macports
The ports that already use it include: macports-notifier, MacPorts_Framework, and Pallet.
Ports that are related to MacPorts but that don't use this category include: The MacPorts port itself, macportsscripts, pearl, port_cutleaves, and ghsum.
Including this category would be helpful for better searchability and stuff.

For macportsscripts at least I have a patch for it in #37836. And pearl could be fixed while fixing #37835 (I didn't include this change in my patch for that one though).
