Description

I'm trying to install "rtorrent-devel +xmlrpc"

On Mac OS X Lion Server 10.7.5 with latest Xcode and and it errors out on the package "Expat"

Please see the log file for port expat for details:

To report a bug, follow the instructions in the guide:

I then attempted to install expat on its own and it refused to "activate". so I ran: sudo port -f actvate expat

Error: Unrecognized action "port actvate"

I've attached the main.log from /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_textproc_expat/expat/ after re-running "sudo port install rtorrent-devel +xmlrpc"in hope that it will help.

Replying to jerad.hofmeister@…:

I then attempted to install expat on its own and it refused to "activate". so I ran: sudo port -f actvate expat

Error: Unrecognized action "port actvate"

You should probably follow the instructions on the Wiki page Ryan linked to, but I do expect you meant “activate” here.

I did the instructions from Ryan and it did end up working. Yes, I did mean "activate" when I typed in the command. My brain must be messing up.
