I am still working at getting mysql 5.6 to compile on my system.

See r107196 for new mysql56 and mysql56-server ports.
I have performed no testing other then installing, running mysql_install_db, loading mysql-server and connecting to with a couple mysql clients.
I'll leave this ticket open for a bit for people to report problems.
