:info:destroot        cp [-R [-H | -L | -P]] [-fi | -n] [-pvX] source_file ... target_directory
:info:destroot chgrp: _developer: Invalid argument

It seems cp didn't get support for the -a option until 10.6. The bogus _developer group is probably also a problem.
