The new apbs release builds only with cmake and no longer requires a fortran compiler. The attached Portfile.diff builds an apbs-mpi package which eliminates the need for a dependency on gcc45.

Updated in r104106. Since they’re so similar, I made apbs-mpi a subport of apbs.
