Description

I propose to add a port for MARS, the MIPS Assembler and Runtime Simulator, which is available under the MIT license from:

​http://courses.missouristate.edu/kenvollmar/mars/

The attached archive contains my Portfile and the necessary files to create an app bundle to launch the application from the OS X Finder. The port should either go under the java or the devel category.

Thanks, this looks good. I'll make a few whitespace adjustments, including converting your tabs to spaces.

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly: the only reason why you unzip the jar is to access the images/MarsThumbnail.gif file so that you can run makeicns on it, right? If so I might modify this a bit as well.

Thanks for reacting so quickly. Indeed, I just unzip the Jar to access the MarsThumbnail.gif to generate the .icns file for the app bundle.
