monotone @1.0.0 build failure

This failure occurs in Snow Leopard 10.8.3. Xcode is installed (version 4.6). Command line tools are installed. I have tried the workarounds listed on this site, including switching compilers. Previously monotone had been working fine, but given that I had 3 versions of the port (.49, .99, 100), I uninstalled all, cleaned and then tried reinstalling monotone. All this occurred after I had updated macports and run selfupdate.

The error message is:
