1) sudo port install gcc48
...
2) Try to use the installed /opt/local/bin/gcc-ar-mp-4.8
Expected result:
The utility works.
Actual result:
/opt/local/bin/gcc-ar-mp-4.8: Cannot find plugin 'liblto_plugin.so'

Ran into this today:

this isn't install with gcc 5.3 or 6, i just installed both of them.
