libgeoip: update to 1.5.0

Looks like libgeoip should be updated to version 1.5.0. The latest 1.41 release of the perl module Geo::IP requires libgeoip 1.5.0.

It looks like this was already fixed long ago by devans in r110350.

But then again the website looks like the software is now out-of-date or at least renamed (​http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/). As a consequence both homepage and download links are broken.

I'm not sure about the proper approach for the perl module.

I'm closing this ticket since the original issue is fixed as you say. libgeoip is now version 1.5.1. You should report the homepage/master_sites issues as a new ticket which you can reference here for continuity. Note that, in spite of this, the port builds, since the distfile is available via ​http://distfiles.macports.org/libgeoip and its various mirrors.
