Description

GCC 4.9 already provides a bunch of nifty features and bugfixes. Thus, it would be awesome if you could also provide gcc49. See ​ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/LATEST-4.9/ for the latest 4.9 snapshots.

When gcc49 is added, please make sure that it provides libstdcxx-devel, update gcc48 to provide libcxx, and remove libcxx from gcc47.

The patch for that is in #38758 (which was closed as a duplicate of #38500).

and remove libcxx from gcc47.
