The initial portfile missed some dependency, the patch fixes this.

here, too, there's no need to add the --prefix configure argument; It is added by default in configure.pre-args and it's not hardcoded to /ort/local. With this corrections I'm ok with including it.

And as with lfc in #38591 you should list at least two checksum types and should indicate the version(s) of GPL.
