Committed in r105685 with a few changes, including changing the lines distfiles SPARSKIT${version}.tar.gz and worksrcdir SPARSKIT${version} to distname SPARSKIT${version}.

master_sites is a list, so it could contain multiple elements.

Right. There's no difference for the way the port is written today, but I try to future-proof livechecks against someone adding a second download location to master_sites later.
