port upgrade outdated is unable to fetch perl5.12

port upgrade fails to fetch perl5.12. It tries a number of sites but ultimately is unable to fetch the package. I have not seen this particular issue posted. If this is a new issue, help would be appreciated. If this is an old issue a link to the solution would be great.

I am not seeing this at all.

It might have been a temporary hiccup. Please try again; if you still cannot fetch the distfile, at least attach your main.log.
