It actually has been modified and improved from the raw cpan2port output.
@submitter: Please test if the installed files are noarch and either uncomment or remove those lines.

Verified there is no architecture-specific code in the files. Updated Portfile with noarch.

This is pretty much just
cpan2portoutput. While that's a good start, you should probably go over it manually.
