Port: fig2ps TeXmacs

Description

Trying to activate fig2ps gave me the following error: 

Error: org.macports.activate for port fig2ps returned: Image error: /opt/local/bin/fig2ps is being used by the active TeXmacs port.  Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate fig2ps' to force the activation.

Either the executable should be renamed for one of the ports, or they should be marked as conflicting.

I added a "conflicts texmacs" to the portfile in the attached patch. I don't use this port anymore, and so I also removed myself from being maintainer.

Could a committer either mark this as "haspatch" or just commit this please?

fig2ps: Added the conflict and set to nomaintainer in r119834.
