Unfortunately, after it scanned for linker errors it decided it needed to rebuild atlas, and in order to do that, it needed to compile and install gcc46, which it's been working on for the last half hour - LOL! I've gone down the rabbit whole, and have the uncomfortable feeling that it will end with me deleting /opt ... |
