man @@1.6g +man_all_lang build failure

I tried to install man with the +man_all_lang variant and it fails. Installing it without the variant succeeds.

sudo port install man +man_all_lang

This happened on 10.8.4 and also in 10.8.5 Beta Build 12F9.
