stog: dependency on texlive-bin is likely incorrect

stog declares a depends_run on port:texlive-bin. This is almost certainly not correct, as texlive-bin installs tex binaries without any of their support files and therefore is not usable by itself. If stog is using tex at runtime, texlive-basic is the bare minimum usable tex installation, and it's possible that other packages (e.g. texlive-latex, texlive-latex-recommended, etc) are also needed. I'm not familiar with stog, so I can't say which specific packages it needs...
