Description

Switching out AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT for AM_GNU_GETTEXT([external]) allows the configure phase to complete successfully without requiring glib2 to be present. I can commit the change, but I don’t trust my Autotools-fu enough to do it without a second opinion.
