fftw-3 @3.3.3_2 cannot be built on Tiger because no suitable GCC can be built

Description

The build of libgcc, on which fftw-3 depends, fails as reported earlier in similar contexts, #36226 and #39791. So fftw-3 cannot be built on PPC Mac OS X 10.4.11, Tiger.

I'll try to build gcc45…

Won't work! It depends on libgcc as well, which is now gcc48 based. Similarly no other version of GCC can be built.
