Description

Unable to build boost 1.54.0 for Avogadro dependency. Code issue. There is no maintainer for this port, and it is the most recent version. I hope this is an issue easily resolved...

This looks like it's due to a typo in the portfile: 

:error:configure org.macports.configure for port boost returned: missing close-bracket
in expression "....cxx_stdlib} ne {} && [string match *clang* $..."
:debug:configure Error code: NONE
:debug:configure Backtrace: missing close-bracket
in expression "....cxx_stdlib} ne {} && [string match *clang* $..."
    while executing
"$post $targetname"

I just had to deal with a missing close-bracket issue in one of my own portfiles...
