Quicksilver @1.0.0_0: update to 1.1.0

Please update to the latest release of Quicksilver. As far as I can tell in the Portfile(just tried with my local repository and seems to build/function fine) only the github.setup line need to be changed from

github.setup            quicksilver Quicksilver 1.0.0 v

to

github.setup            quicksilver Quicksilver 1.1.0 v

QS 1.1.0 also drops support for Snow Leopard and 32-bit systems, so that will require additional changes to the portfile.

Sorry, the developers have started using programming techniques not available on Snow Leopard.

We could add a new Quicksilver-1.0 port to retain Snow Leopard support, but you could also just download the precompiled Quicksilver 1.0.0 from the developers' web site.

I don’t think we should get into the habit of providing ports for old versions of end-user software, just for older systems that upstream doesn’t support anymore. (It’s a different story for libraries and other types of support software, naturally.)
