Description 

molmol fails to build on OSX 10.8.5 with the following error:
Error: org.macports.build for port molmol returned: command execution failed
Please see the log file for port molmol for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_science_molmol/molmol/main.log

In the future, please fill in the Port field.

Without the main.log file, we have no idea what the problem is. Assuming duplicate of #38053.
