According to http://gtkevemon.battleclinic.com/download.html, GtkEveMon is no longer available from SVN because BattleClinic switched to Bitbucket.

This package needs to be updated to use the Bitbucket source instead of svn.

The port needs to be updated to fetch from a distfile instead of a repository. See #30190.
