netcdf does not build mavericks

netcdf has never built for me since I moved to a new laptop (using mavericks).

it's a dependency of py27-ipython which is how I encounter this.

In the future, please fill in the Port field and Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers netcdf).

This is not a complete main.log. clean the port and try again. Attach the new main.log if it fails.

Could you update the port tree, clean and build again? If the problem persists, just attach the new main.log of netcdf. Thanks
