I am unable to reinstall Fugu on a Mac I just upgraded from 10.6.8 to 10.9 :

It build on Mavericks here - please reopen and attach the main.log if you still have issues

Confirmed. However, this port has no MacPorts maintainer. You should report this problem to the developers of fugu so that they can fix it and release a new Mavericks-compatible version.
