When i tried to install nmap the installation failed because of libcomerr

Error: org.macports.destroot for port libcomerr returned: command execution failed
Error: Failed to install libcomerr

This is not a clean build log. Please clean the port and try again then attach the new main.log file.

This suggests to me that your install_name_tool command is too old for the version of OS X you're running. Update your install_name_tool command by reinstalling the Xcode command line tools.
