Description
I would be interested in this package, it would be a dependency for an other package. For the moment I leave just this request, because I will not be able to implement and test it soon.
Not sure if the proposed name is the most appropriate. It imports with libcloud but apache-libcloud is used in PyPI.

In the future, you can attach the portfile to the request ticket and it can be changed to a submission.
