Description
The latest version of Jaxen has moved to http://jaxen.codehaus.org/
Further, unc does not have the requested version (easynews does).

This works okay for me. One of the sourceforge mirrors may have been down, and this tends to cause issues, case they return a web page describing the error, rather than an HTTP error code. That tends to confuse dp. Delete the the bad distfile you've got and try again.
