Update ige-mac-bunlder 6.0 to gtk-mac-bundler 7.3

Hi this is way out of date and doesn't even function in it's current state with an: ImportError - No module named bundler.main. Please, someone update this to the latest.

Duplicate #42027 has the fix for this.

Committed in r117510 with the following changes:

• added license
• added a second checksum type
• don't exec make at the end of destroot, but change the destroot block to pre-destroot and set destroot.args instead to execute the make command
• use the gnome-with-unstable livecheck group instead of doing it manually
