metis: error: unknown type name 'idx_t'; did you mean 'id_t'?

Reported by: jwhowse4 Owned by: seanfarley (Sean Farley)

Component: ports Version: 2.2.1

Port: metis

Description

On an Intel Mac Pro running Mountain Lion 10.8.5 and XCode 5.0.2 my metis build fails with the attached error log. At a cursory glance the problem looks like a missing include file, but I am prepared for this diagnosis to be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble reproducing this error. I just fixed some other errors that were preventing metis from building while another version was active. Could you try usual port update, port clean metis, port install metis cycle again?

Whatever changes you made, the revisions allowed me to successfully build metis. As an aside the last version built successfully when I compiled using the macports gcc 4.8 compiler.

Awesome, glad it worked.
