Description
Attached patch adds a perl5_18 variant and changes the default to perl5_16.

Switch to perl5_16 as default variant in r116150. A perl5_18 variant would require the non-existing p5.18-net-smtp-ssl and p5.18-error ports to satisfy the runtime dependencies.
