Description
The 3.4.0 release has a long list of fixed bugs and appears to have no changes that are likely to cause problems for many users.

In addition, rules seem to be no longer actively maintained for 3.3 series releases, so the 3.3.2 release that's currently in ports is becoming more useless by the day.

There it is. Note that this is not widely tested. It is based on the SA upgrade notes and worked for me on the antique SnowLeopard machine that handles my email.

You should also remove revision and try to figure out if 5.20 works.

At least some of the dependencies don't support 5.18/5.20 yet, so those need to be committed first.
