ghostscript-9.10_2+x11.darwin_13.x86_64.tbz2 binary not available

I'm unclear even after reading the Ticket Guidelines if this is a problem or not. Attempting binary install of bibtex2html on 10.9.2 fails b/c there is no ghostscript binary available (specifically 9.10_2+11.darwin_13, please see below.) Should I expect this binary install to succeed?

The build has finished, but no binaries of ghostscript are available, because licenses do not allow it:
$ ~/macports/base/portmgr/jobs/port_binary_distributable.tcl -v ghostscript "ghostscript" is not distributable because its license "agpl" conflicts with license "GPL-2" of dependency "libpaper"

As you know from previous tickets you've filed, out buildslaves were out of commission for some days due to issues at our hosting provider Mac OS Forge. Now that those issues are resolved, Joshua has instructed the buildslaves to build all the ports that were updated during that time; see for example https://build.macports.org/builders/buildports-mavericks-x86_64/builds/2322 for the progress of the Mavericks buildslave. So far this has been running for 29 hours, and I can't estimate how long it will still take. When it is done, any missing binaries that can be made available will be automatically made available. (Some binaries cannot be made available due to licensing issues.)
