The 8.35 release seems to only exist as a tag in the upstream repository; it is not available as a distfile. Please let me know when a distribution is available to download.

Sounds like the release has not fully propagated to the mirror sites. However, it is available at the master site:

​ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programming/pcre/

I got the release announcement from freecode on 4/4.
