squid3 - adding squid_ldap_group

Description
It would great to compile "squid_ldap_group" (--enable-external-acl-helpers=ldap_group) with the main squid3 port or at least to suggest it within a variant e.g. "full_ldap". "squid_ldap_group" reveals to be a powerful way to restrict/manage Squid user access with Open Directory of OS X Server.
