- bump 2.2.3
- it would be nice to review php5 dependency. On my setup, it selected php53 whereas I have php55 installed

There is no such an option in the configure
I duplicate the mysql variant code to do the same with php. seems to be ok in default_variant. please review. also removed a few trailing space seen by port lint

This port is currently at version 2.2.4 and has a maintainer.
