Description
Currently the port says "License: Unknown." According to http://www.netlib.org/scalapack/#_licensing: "The license used for the software is the modified BSD license, see: http://www.netlib.org/scalapack/LICENSE".
I suggest also mentioning in the description that this package contains BLACS in the same library, since they are not always packaged together.
