libgcc @4.8.2: Bootstrap comparison failure!

sudo port install gcc46 fails with the following error message:

Error: org.macports.build for port libgcc returned: command execution failed
Error: Failed to install libgcc

I have tried sudo port clean gcc46 but get the same failure. the log file ends with:

:error:build Failed to install libgcc
:debug:build couldn't open "/System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions/8.5/Resources/tclIndex": no such file or directory
    while executing
"open [file join $dir tclIndex]"

In the future, please use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field with the port that actually failed and Cc that port's maintainers (port info --maintainers libgcc). As reporter, you do not need to Cc yourself.

This is not a clean build log. Please clean the libgcc port and try again. Then attach the new main.log file.

Replying to mf2k@…: I cleaned libgcc and the installation appears to have completed successfully. From the tickets I saw when searching, I got the impression that I should clean gcc46.
