Description

Attached is the patch to upgrade LyX to 2.0.8 and to allow compilation with the debug symbols. This helps when one runs into a crash. Those seem fairly frequent with LyX :/

Thanks for the patch - I'll commit it shortly. I see 2.1.0 is out - if you get it to compile open another ticket please.
