Description
Here is a patch that adds support for High Dynamic Range Imaging using the OpenEXR library to ImageMagick.

The hdri variant was removed from the port in r106049 because I learned that using this option changes the library name, which would adversely affect any port linking with ImageMagick. See comment:ticket:38134:5 and comment:ticket:38134:9.
