Fail to install JavaHL on Mavericks

I follow the instruction in subclipse to install javaHL, using MacPort's implementation. My machine is running Mavericks with Xcode 5.1.1. The command I use is 'sudo ./port install subversion-javahlbindings +no_bdb +universal'. After it installs all the prerequisites, it fails with the following message:

So did you try and run

xcode-select --install

as the error message suggests?

The Priority field is for use by Macports team members only. In the future, please use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field and Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers subversion-javahlbindings).

This ticket can be closed. I believe the problem was that I did not run 'xcode-select --install' command, therefore the Xcode command line tool was not accessible, causing it to fail. It seems to work fine after I done that.
