The postgresql-uuid-ossp.patch patch is needed on darwin 14 as well.

As darwin 14 is not yet an official release, it won’t be supported yet. Also, the issue has been discussed upstream, so eventually the patch will be dropped, anyway.
Also, this should be an enhancement, not a defect.
