Description

cppcheck has been updated to version 1.66.

The attached diff also includes the changes for ticket #43757.

I have also added a notes command, as mentioned in ticket #43684, asking users to update the included config files.

This patch makes whitespace changes in addition to functional ones. Please provide a diff of only one or the other.

All right, there's now a whitespace diff, followed by the update diff. A third diff with the compiler blacklist changes was posted in #43757.

The whitespace is in r123100, looking at the rest now.
